These Terms are an agreement between you and Coreification governing the website, applications, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. You must be legally able to enter a contract and must be at least 18 to purchase a sponsorship.
You must provide accurate information, keep your Google account and session secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. Handles may not impersonate others, violate rights, or mislead users. We may reclaim or rename handles when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, or service operation.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Coreification a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, content shared by others where continued display is necessary, and records we must retain by law.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that its use as described here will not violate another person’s rights. Give appropriate credit and do not upload private or confidential material without authority.
You may not use Coreification to:
We may review reports, reduce distribution, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Enforcement depends on context, severity, and available evidence; we do not promise that every report will result in removal. You may request review of a decision by emailing support. Abuse of reporting tools may itself result in enforcement.
Product links usually lead to independent sellers. Coreification is not the seller and does not guarantee availability, authenticity, pricing, shipping, returns, safety, or suitability. Verify a seller and product before purchasing. Coreification may earn a commission from eligible shopping links, at no added charge to you. Affiliate relationships do not convert third-party sellers into Coreification agents or partners.
Sponsorship purchasers must submit truthful content, have authority to advertise the destination, and comply with advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and endorsement laws. Payment buys campaign review and potential placement; it does not guarantee approval, impressions, clicks, sales, or a particular ranking. Campaigns may be rejected or removed for policy, safety, legal, quality, or technical reasons.
Prices and campaign duration are shown before checkout. Except where required by law or expressly approved by Coreification, campaign-review payments are non-refundable after submission. If a refund is issued, access or placement tied to that payment may end. Stripe processes payments and may apply its own terms, fraud checks, dispute procedures, and processing timelines.
Coreification’s name, branding, software, and original site materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. To report content you believe infringes your copyright or trademark, follow the instructions in our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy. We may remove or restrict reported material, notify the person who submitted it, process a valid counter-notice, and terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage limits. You may stop using the service or schedule account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal risk, security threats, nonpayment, or conduct that materially harms users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and dispute terms—will survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Coreification disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Coreification is not responsible for user content, third-party sellers, external sites, or losses caused by interactions outside the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coreification will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Coreification’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Coreification during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Before starting a formal dispute, contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by applicable law without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your location. Claims must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless both sides agree to another process.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
