Background
MEGA’s January 2024 article reviewed experiments shown at TernoCon in 2023, alongside its predictions for the following year. What defines the look
The sleeve should rise deliberately from the shoulder and hold its outline. A rounded puff, detachable cape or ordinary gathered sleeve produces a different effect. Contemporary versions may use dresses or coordinated separates, but this outfit uses a visible bodice hem above a long skirt. Keep bags, necklaces and hair from crowding the shoulder line, and check how the sleeves move when reaching forward.
