Dollcore
Dollcore turns the carefully arranged face, hair and wardrobe of a doll into a complete fashion look. Rounded eyes, neat bangs or curls, bows, a full skirt and delicate legwear work together; pale frills and glossy strap shoes give this version its porcelain-doll character.

Doll-inspired dress and beauty appear across fashion communities, with different dolls supplying different references. Tokyo Fashion photographed Japanese creator Millna wearing elaborate doll makeup with a dark, white-collared dress in Harajuku in 2019. That example documents the visual approach without establishing a single founder or start date for the broader Dollcore label.
What defines the look
The face and hair carry as much of the effect as the dress. A straight fringe frames enlarged-looking eyes; curled lengths and repeated ribbons make the styling feel deliberately arranged.
