Frutiger Metro uses dense, brightly colored graphics: speakers, circles, stars, silhouettes and flowing shapes layered over black or white. This outfit makes the printed tee the focal point, with plain black trousers, three-color sneaker stripes and a pink crescent bag. A dark layered fringe with turquoise ends repeats the graphic palette.

Background
Frutiger Metro is a current label for the exuberant vector graphics associated with 2000s digital and music imagery. In a 2025 creator interview, Acaribun described mixing Metro and Aero influences with speakers, musical notes and other graphic shapes. Current apparel also uses the name directly: the selected Vapor95 tee combines speakers, silhouettes and a city skyline in one print.
What defines the look
The tee needs enough space for its layers to remain readable. Black ground surrounds bright rings, stars and dancing silhouettes, while silver speakers and a microphone sit higher on the chest. The lower DJ and skyline graphics give the hem a clear finish. Wear the tee loose and untucked, with the bag at the side so its strap and body cover as little of the print as possible. Plain black trousers connect to the tee background and keep the color concentrated. Let their straight legs meet the trainers with a small break. Cyan, pink and yellow side stripes repeat three colors from the print against black suede, while the gum soles add a warm base. The azalea bag becomes a larger solid block of pink beside the smaller printed shapes. A dark layered fringe with turquoise ends and a fine charcoal lash line give the character the same graphic energy. A white-ground vector tee can offer a brighter variation; keep one solid accessory color and a simple trouser shape to organize the dense upper pattern.
