Vogue’s January 2022 report documents a renewed online interest in retro dresses, striking collars, colorful tights and flats, with secondhand shopping part of the discussion. What defines the look
The broad ivory collar sits above a simple navy swing shape, with burgundy tights carrying one continuous color down to the small black shoes. The satchel repeats navy and burgundy in compact panels. Keep the dress loose through the waist so the neckline remains its main structural detail. A cardigan over a plain blouse can carry the same collar emphasis with trousers or an A-line skirt.
