History
Neo Gal circulated around Tokyo figures including FIG&VIPER producer and DJ Alisa Ueno by 2014. In Tokyo Girls Update’s July interview, Ueno says she had not introduced herself with that label. Misha Janette’s November commentary describes competing commercial and street-style uses, while Ueno’s Lazy Oaf interview discusses pastel hair and balancing clothing with accessories.
What defines the look
Hair, eye definition and proportion give the simple clothes their direction. A fitted bright top leaves room for wide dark trousers, while one substantial chain provides a hard highlight near the face. Long pale waves and a red lip keep the upper part expressive without covering the tee in graphics. Ueno’s 2014 interview portraits show lightened hair, strong eyes, red lips and a chain; this new outfit changes the garments, hair color, pose and face. Keep the trouser leg broad, but hem it high enough to reveal the rounded sneaker toe and thick sculpted sole. Pink and lavender should remain distinct rather than merging into one pastel field.
Hair & styling details
Long lavender-platinum waves, a deep side part and visible darker roots make the hair an intentional color block. Sweep one side back to expose the chain and neckline.
A crisp black outer wing, soft smoky lid and defined upper lashes sharpen the eyes. Red lips provide a small saturated accent beside the pastel hair; keep cheek shading gentle.
